Performing solo (Piano and vocal) live in Night clubs, Hotels, including all sorts of events from wedding parties, outdoor and indoor festivals to show casing my own original material. Did a little bit of this an that nothing major, but I did help a few Japanese artist debut in Japan and wrote the title song for a Japanese movie called Maybe Tomorrow, a few things to keep my feet wet as a performer and help develope my production skills.Born and raised in Chicago - a late bloomer in the music biz, but determined and focused. I have lost count of my library of original songs, which could easily be around 300 or more. Styles ranging from Urban R&B, Soul, Dance and Pop, Gospel to some all mixed up don't really know what to call it.Rather not name drop at this point, but do have a great deal of respect for everyone in the biz and everyone I've worked with. My dream is to become a well knownwriter producer and create hit songs appealing to a world wide audience. I do have a plan and my goal is to stick with that plan. My approach is really simple, sticking with basic song structure, melody and rhythm. I like the new school with the old school influences , beats from the street and a touch of Doni Donn's flavor, which I call (vocals participation from all angles). |
