But, unlike many musical and artistic iconoclasts, he doesn't make any pronounced or overt effort to defy those expectations, either. What results is a pianist/composer with a sound and style that is solely his own, while still having a connection to a variety of artistic traditions.He is exclusively a solo pianist/composer act, but only on his own terms.
