It all started when Czech and german framers built the "Little Brewery" to satisfy their thirst for old world brews. The passion of our original brewmaster, Kosmos Spoetzl, continues to inspire our efforts today. First brewed seasonally in 1913, we now brew Shiner Bock for your year-round enjoyment~Bock Beer~ Traditionally was brewed in Germany to celebrate the arrival of spring. Shiner Bock combines its old world, Bavarian Heritage with the ingenuity of American hancraft brewing for a smooth, rich always-satisfying taste~Handcrafted~ With small-town pride in Shiner, Texas.
