I'm 49 and still rocking to start. I work for a non-profit hospital for kids who have special needs, have been abused in various ways and also have other issues both mentally and emotionally. The children range in ages from 6 to 17. The pay sorta sucks but the job is the best I've ever had. I enjoy all kinds of stuff including the outdoors as well as in. I am a little musically inclined and play guitar, (ovation and strat), and how I miss the stage. Haven't stepped onto a stage since 2002. I also have a new set of Gretsch drums but still have to buy a lot of hardware. I have recently purchased a snare stand and a bass pedal so I now have my drums set up. Still have to get stands and cymbals. Nikki Sixx and SixxAm rocks my brain people... I have three dogs. One of which lives with my ex but does get to come over for a weekend now and then. Love my dogs I gotta tell ya. And I am against all this bullshit of abusing animals. Had to put that here also. I have a yard full of squirrels cause I feed them sunflower seeds and an array of fine feathered friends. The chick next door even comes over for snacks... Red head she is.
