The story so far... When the Cows first decamped to Sour Apple Studios everything suddenly made sense. Growing up in rural Berkshire under the glaring lights of London Town they realised there was more to life than fields & country pubs. Dedicating their lives to rehearsal spaces and the darkest corners of pubs, the end result was the now infamous farmyard sessions. By surviving on a diet of Rios burgers, fine imported lagers and cheap cigarettes they created a set list that looks set to change the local scene. With Chris hitting the skins, Jamie hammering the four-string and Matt the guitar impresario it leaves the prodigal son Ryan to lead from the front. As a quartet they pursue their mission to devour the last 40 years of popular music and fuse it into an original high-energy sound. with a shiney new demo recorded, a single ready to be sold and lots of prospects lined up ahead of them. 2009 could well be the year of the cow. |
