Rhythmic figure eights are the spiraling fractals of our body that weave energies together right down to representing the prototype for DNA. Weaver of force fields it is valuable to use whenever energies are not crossing over properly like in such cases of dyslexia, learning disabilities, severe immune dysfunction and any illness. | Phytotherapy, phyto- means plant. Natural therapies like herbalism. Herbal tinctures ~ plant material like herbs, roots, barks, flowers are macerated in a mixture of alcohol, water and then pressed into liquid that is consumed in the form of a herbal shooter. Herbal teas, tisanes, infusions, decoctions~ water preparations..
Teas need to be consumed without milk in order to absorb the tannins which have antioxidant properties, and need to be consumed on an empty stomach or they will interfere with food absorption.
