THE JOYRIDE MANOEUVERE The Band was formed in January/February of 2005 hailing from failed punk bands, all in the same minds of creating metal/hardcore music. Having played a number of great hardcore shows across South Wales and beyond with such bands as Knuckledust, Taking Names, 21 Meadow Street, 8 Control (FRA), Dignity Dies First & Brutality Will Prevail the band are slowly but surely breaking into the higher tier of the scene. Like every band, they have suffered ups and downs and line-up changes, but where many may have fallen, The Joyride has come of it stronger and hungrier than ever. With five dedicated guys working in the same mind of creating catchy hardcore songs, and keeping the closely knit group chants the band aim to continue to tear any venues/houses/gardens apart! Never a band been known to allow their name to be dropped into the "scene" bands, their songs tell stories of the happy and harsh times of past and current life. Having now been two years in the making, the band is finally starting to pull together a tight and polished sound. But fear not, this is only the beginning! Tearing up venues all across the u.k - this is our scene, lets keep it strong We have had the honour of playing with bands such as TERROR (Trust kill records) NO TURNING BACK (Reflections,Bridge 9 records) FULL BLOWN CHAOS(Abacus Records) Knuckledust (Ruction Records) Taking names(Ruction records) 21 Meadow Street (Eternalis Records) Dignity Dies First (Staunch Records) 8 Control (Disagree records) Brutality Will Prevail (Zone 6 Records) All bookings through myspace please remember to put the date and venue of show on the message heading,thank you E.P available nearer to the small tour!we have two versions of the art work,but both have the same contents on them.
