Prior to establishing her studio in New York City, she was a resident designer in fashionable Sayulita, Nayarit, Mexico, and in Block Island, Rhode Island. She draws her inspiration from classical art forms, particularly from her extensive ballet training, which has given her a deep understanding of the movements and contours of the body.
