Acid Rain surgiu em Abril de 2006 dentro da cena punk de São Paulo. A banda tem como proposta a Libertação Animal e Humana abordando em nossas letras os problemas que assolam a sociedade em que vivemos, como dogmas e crenças, exploração humana, homofobia e sexismo. Falando tambem sobre problemas globais como guerras, destruição massiva e imperialismo. Temos um EP(Cd-R) lançado em Outubro de 2006 com 9 músicas e apenas 150 cópias distribuidas pelo Brasil e outros lugares do mundo. Um split cd intitulado "Subverta" com a banda SxPxSxC com 7 sons. 2 novos sons disponiveis na coletanea Chaoz Day 2007. Para adiquirir a coletanea entre em contato via myspace ou e-mail. Após a gravação dos sons para os splits à serem lançados o baterista Paulo deixa a banda para dar continuidade a outros projetos. Entao Mané (Ex-ROT) chega para completar o Acid Rain.
