Layout Created at KillerKiwi.net Bio: Professional History in Brief: Kelly Spinks, born in Mullin, Texas, has made Brownwood his home for many years. He has a rich history of being a sideman for some of the greats of Texas country music: Johnny Bush, Frenchie Burke, Hank Thompson to mention a few notables. Kelly has been playing professionally for 20 years and has had some of the same band members with him for over a decade. During the past 10years or so, Kellys concentration was on the northern central & western part of the state working Saturday night dancehallsreal Texas dancehallsthe kind that you might take an unpaved road somewhere and folks drive for miles & miles to get there, packing the place by 10pm. He performs at private parties, community events, weddings, and venues in the Fort Worth stockyards as well. During the past few years, Kelly has released a couple of dynamite CDs that have International airplay and well-received by media critics & fans alike. |
