Soul Hood Entertainment, LLC was founded to provide an outlet for creative talent without the exploitation or lack of creative freedom that most artist experience in getting involved with some of the more mainstream labels or entertainment companies. The group not only wanted to explore the music aspect of the industry, but also saw that there was a need for a company and environment that provided different avenues for artists of all genres in the Entertainment Industry to thrive in, and display their talent creatively and in a positive way. Soul Hood Entertainment's intent is to bring a fresh outlook to the worlds of music, fashion and entertainment. We feel as though there is a need for a rebirth of pure soul music and art form for the streets. A rebirth of the "roots" in these industries. In a society where there seems to be a focus on material benefits over self, Soul Hood Entertainment, would like to provide a forum for artistic expression on many levels, that every individual or group can relate to. The "people", the "streets" are the heart or core of any industry, and Soul Hood is taking artistic expression, and giving it back to the streets.
