| 2006 was a busy year for John Norum. He released his 5th studio album with Europe, Secret Society, on October 25, 2006. The first single "Always The Pretenders" was released October 11. Before that a dvd titled The Final Countdown Tour 1986 Live In Sweden was released (on October 4th). 2006 will be ended in Romania on New Years Eve!!Between the 3rd ("The Final Countdown" 1986) and the 4th ("Start From The Dark" 2004) album with John Norum on guitars, he has released 5 solo albums ("Total Control", "Face The Truth", "Another Destination", "Worlds Away" and "Slipped Into Tomorrow") and 2 live albums ("Live In Stockholm and "Face It Live ´97").The most recent solo album is "Optimus" released in February 2005, a new album is expected to be released in 2008.
