Band Bio: Formed in Daytona Beach, Florida in the spring of 2005, Sonic Destruction was originally just an idea from guitarist Carlos Villegas. After performing numerous successful “Battle of the Bands” competitions at local universities, the band established a lingering presence in the local music scene in mid-2006. Since then, the band has focused much of its energies to recording new tracks, promoting, and building a more powerful fan base, which encompasses much of the south and east coast from Texas to Virginia. Much of this fan support outside Florida comes from utilizing online promotional tools such as MySpace.com, Buzzplay, Multiply, and Download.com, just to name a few. Further street and internet promotions are done by our official promoter, SplitEnds Promotions based in Jacksonville, Florida. After the band’s initial debut in Daytona Beach, the group branched out to several different cities in southern Florida. After the international release of the first demo CD, the band started to gain new support from individuals who were seeking an innovative and original sound. The increasing demand to see this band live has ultimately culminated in the Florida Invasion Tour 2007 taking place in the spring, followed by the East Coast Invasion Tour slated for summer 2007. Sonic Destruction’s music is filled with the passion and brute force of five individuals with one vision: To set the standard for music to come! Members Bio: *Chris: The VOX, straight out of Jacksonville, Florida. Originally from the band "ArchAngel" where it was all started. Ever since then he has been perfecting many styles of singing to achieve the goal of multiple styles. Get ready for a new breed of vocals! * *Jon: Drummer & backbone, from Saipan, in the beautiful Northern Mariana Islands. His musical roots and playing style encompasses a wide array of genres. He also lends his drumming talents to his first band, The "4 Long Johns" and "Frozen Nipple", a technical progressive band, both founded in Saipan. Jon also has his own ukulele college songs, visit his music site..... Angel is a former member of "Conduit" which was based in New Port Richey, Fl.
