| Create or get your very own MySpace LayoutsDown to Earth Cottages is a fully furnished accommodation in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina. We are located 5.5 miles from downtown Brevard, and 15 minutes from the Pisgah National Forest and Dupont State Park (waterfalls,hiking, mountain biking trails). Boths cottages overlook a mountain stream. The cottages are surrounded by vegetable, herb, and flower gardens. Fresh cut flowers decorate each room of the cottages, and guests are welcome to harvest vegetables in season. The French Broad River runs adjacent to the cottages. We have kayaks and canoes for trips for guests to view migrating birds and native wildflowers. There are also many fish, including Rainbow Trout, Brown Trout, Musky, Bluegill, Rock Bass, and Smallmouth Bass in the French Broad, so don't forget your fishing pole! Ammenties include wireless internet, cable TV/DVD, grills, and outdoor fireplaces. Fall asleep to the sound of waterfalls just outside Creekside Cottage. Our goal is to provide a fun, earth-friendly, comfortable environment. We encourage guests to explore the natural world, as field guides to birds/native plants & wildflowrers, maps to waterfalls/hiking trails...are provided in each cottgage. Creekside Cottage:$105 a night/$630 a week. Downstairs Creekside, the Bungalow:$75 a night/$450 a week. The Bungalow will be available April 1, 2007. The Chalet: $95 a night/$570 a week.ADVICE FROM A RIVER............ Go with the flow... Immerse yourself in nature... Slow down and meander... Go around the obstacles...
