| I am happily married (10/30/05) to a wonderful full-blooded Italian. He gave me a Handsome Son who means more than the world to me. My son Robert Jr. was born on July 13,2006. Robbie was born with a Cleft Lip/Uvula and a Hypospadius; he has undergone 2 surgeries so far and both of them were a success. I started a Non-Profit Foundation called Little Robbie's Smile and as soon as we get enough funds we are going to start helping other families in need of getting the best care possible for their child with a Craniofacial Deformity. Although, Cleft's are "fixable" there are numerous surgeries to undergo and lots of money to shell out. Our son's one surgery alone was more than $70,000 and that does not cover the other surgery he had nor the surgeries he may need as he gets older. Thank heaven we had good Health Insurance, but think about the children who don't have the means to give THEIR CHILD the best care possible when our insurance company Cigna gave us such a hassle to cover our sons and who denied us 3x before we appealed for the final time. As a mother with a child whom was born with this deformity, I truly understand now more than I have ever before, that is more than why I want to be able to help those children who are not so lucky. | MY BOY IS 2Soccer is and always has been a part of my life since I was 2. I played little leagues Fair Lawn All Sports, Jr. high and High School, I also started the Bergen Community College Soccer Team when I was 27 (I started College late) I went to Israel to serve for 2 years first)than after College played on a League in which I plan ..ing again soon in Teaneck at the Armory. There was a time I could have gone a lot further but unfortunatly my life changed for a bit after a real bad car wreck but, now i'm back and better than ever.My other interests would consist of going dancing, still hanging out with my high school buds and my biggest interest is my hubby cause he is my rock! | |
