THE ZOMBIE VALENTINESComenzaron como trío en el año 2005, Gabriel Cuesta (batería), Hernán Jaén (bajo y voz) y David Lorenzo (guitarra y voz) hasta que a principios de 2006 se les une Alberto Hernández (guitarra y voz). Al contrario que otras formaciones no tienen la necesidad de recurrir a un sinfín de versiones para empezar a tocar, si bien suelen nutrir su espectáculo de temas compuestos por sus artistas preferidos: viejos bluesmen y grupos de chicas. El torrente creativo de la banda les permite confeccionar en pocas semanas un jugoso repertorio de temas propios entre los que destaca la instrumental “Tormento” (Bikini Beat vol. 2 Bon Vivant Rcds 2007) que se convierte en éxito allí donde tocan. Muchos piensan que se trata de un conjunto instrumental otros tantos que es un grupo más que canta exclusivamente en ingles, pero con la publicación de “Segunda piel” en Bravo Lucinda (Lucinda Rcds. 2007) demuestran su destreza para escribir en español, rotundas canciones pop en la más auténtica tradición iberica: Brincos, Angeles, o Gritos.
