| Webmaster of Skids Fans Website while assisting with Skids Official Website.Production Assistant for Skids 30th Anniversary shows in Dunfermline and last ever performance on the Main Stage T in the Park 2007. And finally, a Skids mental since the begining. 'Holy to the High'.Since the Skids Fans Site went live late 2005,we have organised a fan gathering each year in Dunfermline. The latest, The Masquerade Ball was the biggest and best yet with a performance from supergroup 'TV STARS'. The line up consists of Skids legends Bill Simpson and Mike Baillie, Big Country guitar god, Bruce Watson and son Jamie with Jane Button and Cob on vocal duties. TV STARS played a set full of Skids classics and went down a storm with the Skids mentals.Fans were also treated to a stunning acoustic set from Bruce, Jamie and Jane who played some superb covers along with some Big Country favourites, Fragile Thing being my highlight of the set. Lets hope Bruce goes out on the road and plays more acoustic sets, and soon! We were delighted to see Skids and Armoury show legend Russell Webb attend the Masquerade Ball along with JJ Johnson. Russell played an acoustic set at the end of the evening playing Skids track Iona along with the Armoury Show classic Love in Anger. Great to see Russell playing again.Many thanks to everyone who put in the effort (you know who you are) to make this years event a night to remember.
