On March 1, 2007, without warning or explanation, Kids on TV's myspace profile was deleted. We had 14,000 friends and 26 events listings for an upcoming european tour. The tour is still going on and is posted here. If you are interested in discussing censorship on myspace -- especially politically motivated censorship then become friends with Myspace Political Censorship and add some comments on the topic. After creating the censorship page and revealing that myspace was deleting many gay/lesbian artist/activist accounts via the testimonials people gave, the media got very upset and published articles on the topic. Mysteriously and without communicating with us ever, myspace restored the deleted account in a state it was in some time before the deletion. Understand that because of the nature of the Kids on TV project, we may be subject to censorship by myspace again at any time. They reference many elements of queer history and the artists who inspire them. The album was recorded and produced by KIDS ON TV in Toronto between 2003 and 2006 on a busted laptop and two microphones. The album was mastered by the amazing Larry Kramer, founder of Shimmy Disc (Galaxy 500, GWAR et.al). Includes video for Breakdance Hunx. Tracklisting
