| Migma is a creative team based in Athens. migma is a Greek word and means “mixture”. We are mixing digital process with handmade treatment. We are mixing photography, painting and graphics and then with leather as main material we transform that kind of mixture in a bracelet. All began the summer of 2005 when the 2 basic designers of migma started creating something between jewelry and accessory related with image.
At an open air lobby came their idea, in the workshop came the result. Optical stimulants on leather applied and stitched with style.migma members have the common philosophy of making image part of the body.
migma bracelets are disposed in selected stores in Greece.
Our mission is to take part in some cultural events that are attended by people with interest in cotemporary art and music. The first migma appearance in public was at Synch festival in Greece. We are acting as a bridge between art world and the boundaries of world of fashion. That’s why migma displays are more like audiovisual and photo projects.
migma support music and creativity and of course is supported from friends and distributors in these fields. Migma has also been featured in some Greek magazines Athinorama, Down Town, Pink magazine.-Main contributors:
