HKY est a la base un projet solo monté par chris(ex TIME TO BURN,EVERY REASON TO...) en 2000. il est rejoint par john de QUARTIER ROUGE, WARSAW WAS RAW et anthony d'EVERY REASON TO... debut 2006 dans la foulé s'ajoute tom d'ALTESS et c'est sous son impulsion que HKY devient veritablement un groupe a part entière. Juillet 2006 le groupe se complete avec l'arrivée de thomas de SLAVERY et d'alex et de jay de REVOK. la musique du groupe peut se définir comme un croisement entre du drone, de l'ambiante et du Hardcore a tendance progressive et s'axe principalement sur des riffs lents et lourds souspoudrés d'une legère touche indus. A l'heure actuelle HKY planche deja sur la preparation de son 1er opus. At the beginning, HKY is a solo project created by chris (ex TIME TO BURN, EVERY REASON TO...) in 2000. Then it has been joined by John of QUARTIER ROUGE, WARSAW WAS RAW, Anthony of EVERY REASON TO... and Tom from ALTESS and it's under its impulse that HKY becomes real group. July 2006 the band is completed with Thomas from SLAVERY and Alex and Jay from REVOK. HKY's sound can be define as a crossover between drone music, ambiant and progressive hardcore. Characterized by slow and deep riffs ponctuated with an industrial touch, HKY works actually on its first opus.
