| My name is Pekko and I play guitar in the band called THE JADE. I started to play guitar when I was ten years old and I am still loving it.
Basically music is my life. I like to spend my time playing music with the guys in the band or writing new songs sitting on a floor with my taperecorder and strumming my acoustic.
I was born in the early 1970s in Lappeenranta and grew up in Notrh Karelia in the town named Joensuu.
I lived nearly seven years in London,UK.
Yet today I find Kallio in Helsinki, Finland, is quite good place to live in.
I am also into poetry, comics and movies. My favourite poet is Finnish Arto Melleri and I also like Charles Bukowski and Federico Lorca. My father read me Lorcas poems as I was a kid. My grandparents wrote poems so I believe my interest for poetry comes from their side.
