Choosing a four members line-up, after two years we renounced to the sound of the second guitar, and became a standard-basic rock band. We like to define our music "a melodius and stylish rock, coupling with any colour", meaning a mix of pure-traditional rock strength with a sprinkling of pop-music immediacy. Omitting the most of our experiences for wich we suggest you to take a look to our official web site we only mention our lately success in one of the most important Italian contest: winners of the Giffoni Music Concept 2006. BIOGRAFIA Lo "Staff" dell'OVERLOOK HOTEL nasce nella seconda metà del 2002 come band a cinque. Optando per una formazione a quattro, dopo due anni rinuncia al sound della seconda chitarra, diventando così una rock band standard ed essenziale. Dopo la realizzazione dei primi ep - “Primo Overlook Hotel”, “Overlook Hotel Telethon 2005” e il singolo “Muoviti” produzione Camion Records - agli inizi del 2008 gli Overlook Hotel presentano il nuovo album “Il Sustain sinusoidale non è passato”. L'album è acquistabile tramite download dal nostro sito questo e da questo myspace, disponibile su richiesta anche in CD. La musica dello “Staff”? Un rock melodioso ed elegante, abbinabile con ogni colore, un mix tra il vigore del puro rock tradizionale con una spruzzata di immediatezza pop. Tra le esperienze recenti: Concorso dei Concorsi (secondi classificati) Milano 22 settembre 2007, Fiera del Meet di Milano concorso che riunisce i vincitori delle principali rassegne nazionali su invito della Event Sound Promotion. Fi.Esta Rock Firenze 15 settembre 2007: selezionati da Piero Pelù per l'evento, che riuniva i vincitori dei principali concorsi musicali nazionali. Save The Children Sabaudia 25 agosto 2007 set acustico per “Save The Children”, evento benefico svoltosi davanti ad un pubblico di oltre 6000 persone. Notte Bianca Latina 9 dicembre 2006: apertura del concerto del coro Gospel diretto da Maria Grazia Fontana Mei 2006 Ospiti dell’ edizione del M.E.I. di Faenza e presentazione del singolo Muoviti. Concerto Orchestra di Piazza Vittorio Latina 29 luglio 2006: apertura del concerto dell’Orchestra di Piazza Vittorio.
