| Well what can i say i'am ian wadley bodybuilding is my passion winning the british was one of my greatest moments. I started off boxing then went on to power lifting then into body building i train every day and have some of the biggest arms around. I bench 290kg and squat 360kg and dead lift 360kg and am working on lifting these. Bodybuilding has taken me all over the world and has introduced me to some great people.I work for myself and have never walked in no man's shadow and am not about to start now. I have a reputation for being one of the best doormen in london and i've run some of the hardest doors in london (but shit happens).I've also done alot of personal body guarding and close protection security looking after some big names and high profile people.I am avaliable for all the above and 121 personal training so drop me a line if ur interested.I work hard so in return i party hard always last man standing and enjoy meeting new people .Getting ready for IFBB WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS so looking for sponsor's.I'AM WHAT I'AM | |
