Music:... yeah.. you should probably read above. but i do like free advertising, so.. i like.. Cake, They Might Be Giants, Jiyuna, The Anchorite Four, The Dismemberment Plan, Modest Mouse. Even though, i hate it when people say things for me, John McCrea of Cake said it best;"In terms of where American music, and especially radio is at the moment, music seems to only be popular if it is a bulbous, over sized, muscular, striving rock and roll. For Cake, we are more about turning the volume down a bit, and not being entirely overt about emotion. Every song shouldn't be a soap opera, straight drama, or sadness, or humor.
