My name is Ian, aka, I-jay. I'm an artist. I’m a fulltime disney “slave” during the day and a fulltime “wannabe” student at night. [Eagle Rock] I was raised in Southern California. Specifically, Los Angeles / Hollywood, a true Angelino. So who wouldn’t be surprised if I wanted to pursue my dream in filmmaking and acting, etc. Well, I got a little sidetracked and got into a lot of different things of interest. For example, piano, dance performance, vocal singing, dental hygiene, retail, Olympian. Yes, sounds ridiculous, but I actually sincerely thought that one of them might be my true calling. But again to get back on track, I went back into filming and then I started to hone down my skills from filmmaking to cinematography then to photography. In which I thought it would be appropriate since practically my whole life I’ve always enjoyed taking photos, sometimes pretending to be paparazzi. I try to make it a point to know what your expectations and needs are before we do a shoot so we don’t waste any time capturing the desired image. What drives me is creating. I want whomever I'm shooting to feel good about the experience as well as the final results. The better you look, the better I look. |
