**************************************************My name is Nikos, A.K.A "didgerman", A.K.A. "Ali Bumaye'", A.K.A "Mabrook".I'm 29 years old, from Kastoria - in Northern Greece.
***************************************************I took my degree in Law and my final thesis was on Juridical Anthropology. The subject of my research was “the legal nature of entheogenic churches”. I tried to bring to the surface "how the churches using psychedelic substances for entheogenic proposes are viewed in western culture and law".
**************************************************Bellow are some early thoughts to help you understand the scope of my research **************************************************The work of the anthropological researcher is an attempt to question the idea of the system’s unity. All juridical systems consist in fact of parts composed in different times and for different reasons.
**************************************************Juridical anthropology is the science that attempts to decrypt the human soul and identify the concealed intentions of subjects that set the everyday life rules.
**************************************************The legal system may not be a choice of the people than their language or religion. It can be that legal systems are mainly a form of ‘tradition’ that very much like other forms of tradition, are maintained refined and evolved by decretory systems whose goals, aims and intentions, as well as those of the people involved in their function, are unclear.
**************************************************Juridical anthropology investigates the possibility that society is being controlled by cultural models “the notions of good and evil do not derive from nature, rather than the sense of ‘right’/law” (Protagoras). It explores the notions of ‘real’ (what exists in reality), and ‘emotional’ (what can be perceived through human feelings)
**************************************************Man explores the importance of the universe and that of his own existence. It is necessary that he creates and demonstrates this sense of importance with various manifestations of his emotional and perceptual sphere, often perceivable as reflections of an invisible world.
**************************************************Anthropolo
gical research comes to the stirring conclusion that there are strong similarities as far as the notions of the universe; god and law are concerned across the various genders, generations and systems.
**************************************************The means of linking the evidence in different societies cannot be distilled in just one archetypal model dominant and common in all societies. On the other hand, if the juridical way of thinking is inherent to religious thought, none of the two is a dominant notion.
**************************************************The invention of the divine does not determine the school of thought followed by society and its institutions.
**************************************************The sense of religion, social, legal, and political institutions express in different language but common intentions the universal school of thought (human and divine ) in each society.
