| LISTEN UP ALL YOU SKULLIE - WAGS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The SKULLIES formed in the summer of 2004 after Brooklyn natives Chris and Rick decided to re-form their old punk band. The search was on for fellow musicians who had the same idea of what punk really is, not the pop or emo crap that's being passed off as punk, but real punk rock. While writing kick ass tunes, Kevin and Dave fell into the scene and The SKULLIES line up solidified. Now in 2008 after a few great years together, Dave and Kevin have moved on. Rick and Chris knew the only man for the guitar spot was their old guitarist and good friend Joe Paz. Famous Gerittsen Beach wide not only for his playing and his goldtop Les Paul but for his dead on Sammy Davis Jr. impression (ouch man!). Now the search was on for a new singer. After a long and tedious process The SKULLIES found him in Mikey Sals, straight outta Queens. Mikey grabbed the lead vocalist spot after kicking ass and nailing the vocal parts at the first rehearsal. So...................................... The band has been hitting the studio hard and have all new material ready to go. So stay tuned ! Keep an eye for the new tunes and upcoming gigs. | |
