Xander Ferreira, the founding member, started his journey as a reggae singer known as the White Lion. He performed in various cities around Europe including, Copenhagen, Berlin, Zurich and Milan. Gazelle had it's breath of life when Xander started experimenting with producing electronic bedroom music. Mixing an element of Reggae Dub and Electro something fresh was found.Most recently Nick Matthews from bands such as Coda and the Iridium project has joined forces to create a international standard of production.At the moment Gazelle is planting a seed in the music scene in Cape Town, waiting for the roots to spread through Africa and the world. Starting on the southern tip and working it's way up in the world...The focus is to create authentic Afrikan Elektronik Dance Musik.A full length album is in the production line.
