KINNAIRD AND YOUNG-KINNAIRD PRODUCTIONS, LLC AND SILENT NEMESIS WORKSHOP, LLC © ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. *The following preamble is extracted from “THE CRUCIBLES OF MYSTERE” and occurs just before events of the short film and approximately four years before the events depicted in the popular graphic novel series “THE VILLIKON CHRONICLES.” The graphic novel series, which spawned the forthcoming prequel short film, is an entertaining and explorative look into a galaxy with qualities and misgivings comparative to our own but distilled behind the mask of social commentary. THE VILLIKON CHRONICLES explores the depths of civil unrest, prejudices and the power of hypocrisies wielded by militaries, governments, religions and societies making the same destructive decisions that have prevailed throughout the centuries of our own history. THE VILLIKON CHRONICLES: GENESIS OF EVIL Based on characters and situations from "THE VILLIKON CHRONICLES" Graphic Novel series, the original trilogy of screenplays adapted for comics and from “THE CRUCIBLES OF MYSTERE,” a prequel project and based on the poster series of lithographs... In a forbidden militarized quadrant, a legendary warrioress, MYSTERE, was marooned on a hostile world used as a dumping ground for exiled soldiers. Apprenticed in fighting by exiled assassin LORD JASTA, and eager to find her own destiny, Mystere embarked upon an extraordinary gallivant across uncharted territories. At nineteen years of age, alone, alienated and scorned as a female warrior, Mystere pilgrimaged to the most poorly explored regions of planet Itasca. Gallivanting across the Desert Gulf atop KORA, her dinosaurian DIRT WHALE, Mystere ventured into the SANDY FRONTIER where an ancient WICCAN SOCIETY offered asylum and ordained her REFLECTION as a huntress for the tribe. But the sisterhood harbored a secret of evil and dastardly misfortune. In a cave outside the HADAMAH DUNES, Wiccans BREMUSA and LYKOPSIS held captive a Porphyrian named DIDO. Dido was taunted and used to instill the CRAFT OF ZEMLYA within newly ordained huntresses. The craft was a devotional exercise that allowed the senses to temporarily conjoin with the essence of other living beings. Mystere, scarred from an earlier childhood encounter with the bloodthirsty, metamorphosing mongers of mayhem, refused to experience the essence of a Porphyrian but before abandoning the Wiccan culture, Dido hybridized the Wiccans into her own vampirical genetics, which strengthened Porphyrian numbers and fueled their quest to conquer the entire planet.
