Her strong knowledge in weight training and cardiovascular activity helped her acheive her first NPC trophy in 2007!"Mi" or Misi; is an agressive female figure competitor. She has competed in many events over the last year and a half and is now on the National level. Her competitions locations seem endless. She currently holds over 12 NPC trophies for the short amount of time that she has been competing. Music:We listen to R&B, Rap, Hip hop and other Top 10 music. It has to have a catchy beat. This allows us to escape during the busy day to day. |

Movies:We love comedies. "Madia" is a definite favorite. We also love action movies with Jet Li. We are not really into love stories, but if a guy with a banging body has his shirt off (like Shemar Moore, LL Cool J, Morris Chestnut, etc) we can even learn to love those films too!!!! lol. |

Books:Best books that have been read recently are old journals. They are historical for seeing where you have been and how far you have come. They assist you adjust your program to improve the capability to reach your goals. |
