The Start East London born Cecil Martin “ Statical ” Osei was given birth to on 4th July 1990 on a Wednesday at Whipp's Cross Hospital. He spent 9 years of his childhood living In a Council flat in Leyton with 3 Sisters before moving to Leytonstone for a further 4 years. In School he wasn't musically involved he was more of a ‘ Play-grounder '. The music he enjoyed listening to as a child was Michael Jackson and when ever he parents weren't in he would find his History album and play it on his parent's Hi-Fi system. When he was 12-13 he and his family moved to a 4 bed roomed house before moving to a 6 bed roomed house in a suburban area in Essex called Chafford Hundred . He attended a local School near to his Home and made a few close friends quickly after starting. Rhyming/Barring It began during the beginning of Year 11 when his friend Tapiwa “(before known as) Kid Kash ” Sanyuake sprayed 16 bars and said to Cecil you should spray as well, but he refused and said no . But a couple weeks later he downloaded the Forward (Instrumental) and when playing he randomly started free styling of the top of his head and when finished gained a little idea. He then used his mp3 to record and without writing he spat but not seriously only saying 1 or 2 words mocking some of his old London friends saying the name of the person then after saying is a ‘ Wasteman ' repeatedly. He then sent these Slewments to each of them on msn and some where vex even though it was a joke saying they'll get him back by doing the same but better ‘ BUT ' never did. A day or so later he recorded himself free styling on the beat without writing again but still not on a serious thing just spraying bars anything that came to his mind. The following day he showed his friends ‘ Tap ' and Quin “ Messy ” Martelly and where shocked and said it's good even though he said it was a joke . During that same time Quin said we should start spitting and form a crew. So they did and titled themselves B.O.M (Blacked Out Mans) at their first studio session at Cecil's in his conservatory consisting of BiG bOi (Cecil), Kid Kash and Messy where they went after school to record. They didn't have much all they had was an mp3 to record on at first while playing a beat on someone's phone, but the next recording session Quin bought in his microphone , ‘ Tap ' brought a recording software called Mixcraft which they recorded on Cecil's Laptop . They were getting recognized in their school for spitting by ‘ Tap ' sending around even though Cecil only wanted it between them. They continued until around ending GCSE times where they were asked to join Rhymeout Youngers Cecil and Quin were skeptical but later joined. They still had their crew and kept making Dubs with that name, but later they broke out of Rhymeout due to no projects or tunes being made. B.O.M also broke up during the end of the year but remained friends. Late 2006 Cecil went solo and changed his name from BiG bOi to Statica l and later brought himself a good condenser microphone to record with. He made his first Official tune which was freestyle on Jay-Z's La-La Track . He then uploaded on his Myspace which he created a month before, he did make his Myspace round the same time he record the track but didn't want to release because he didn't like to much. 2007-Now Statical had improved rapidly and was more on to the music scene , he released his first Promo around spring entitled R' You Statizfied? Vol.1 with an astonishing 18 tracks which had a variety of tracks for all taste. Many of his Fans favorite tracks were Verse-A-Tile and Anonomous Caller which people still have as their ring tone till this day. The Promo spread his face round many places some he never new existed. A couple of months later around autumn he was ready for the sequel R' You Statizfied? Vol.2 this Promo consisted of 12 tracks his Fans Favorites were Put Your Hands Up 4 …. , Not Like Me , Tru Love and Solo Set Freestyle . He then released an extra Freestyle Promo called Solo Set Session 1 . He is now releasing a his latest Promo Called Setting Levels Vol.1 with all beats produced and sampled by Phenom Beatz it consist of 15 tracks of Fire . Production Statical has recently started producing after purchasing a Midi-keyboard and within the first week of starting he released an instrumental Promo Tilted Instrumental Showcase Vol.1 he still feels he there is an awful lot of improvement to be made since he is also an Artist and Knows what they levels are and want is wanted, but he still also feels his is still better than many Producers who have being doing it longer than he has.
