About Me


Origin Park - Origin Park - Origin Park

Origin Park is the place for minimal electro and other experimental music, based in Vlaardingen, near Rotterdam. It is a place for minimal means with maximum effect and joy. After several years exploring industrial, jungle, dark ambient, breakbeat and dub-rock, resulting in the hard industrial "Blasthead", Spur made the right choice to focus on electro-minimal dance. In 2004 a (so far unreleased) album "Origin Park Family Tree" was composed together with musical friends and a video has been made with dutch model Sabine. Now it is time to hit the stages everywhere, with Wesper mixing minimal loops to a pumping groovy set. So far, reactions have been very enthousiastic. The set will always be undergoing an evolution, such as playing with 3 cd-players, adding effects, the use of Ableton, etc.. DJ Wesper has also co-organised the reincarnation of Eendrachtspop on April 30, 2007 and the crossover night Rockterdance in Rotterdam.
