Bio. [ENG] Perestroika was born in 2006, when the two members of the band begun to experiment with different musical generes like Neofolk, Martial, or CMI, mixing it with other sounds more related to Industrial, Electro and Cold wave. Their tendences are not strict, so they use to mix electronics with melodies of orchestral instruments, with live acoustic martial percussions, and often with old audio samples of speeches or movies. Sometimes very experimental, sometimes near pop structures, their combination of sounds gives as a result a style that can be apreciated as well by martial neofolk lovers and by experimental electronics followers. Their music puts them near the sound of bands like Dernière Volonté, TRIARII, Persona, The Knife or Wolfsheim. Perestroika have shared stage with national and international bands such as Elegant Machinery, Neon Electronics [The Neon Judgement], Sono, Vyvian, Duplex, Siberia, Oblique, Herois de la Katalunya Interior, Lorena C, MJ y Las Sacerdotisas de Baal, Rachel Arieff, The Raros, etc. _________________________________________________________ Bio. [SPA] Perestroika nace en el 2006, cuando sus dos mitades integrantes empiezan a experimentar con variados géneros musicales tales como el Neofolk, Martial (percusiones militares), o Cold Meat Industry mezclándolos muchas veces con otros sonidos mas cercanos al Industrial, Electro y Cold wave. Sus tendencias no son estrictas, así que suelen mezclar electrónica con melodías de instrumentos orquestales, percusiones militares acústicas, y a menudo con samples de viejos discursos o películas. A veces más experimentales, otras más cercanos a estructuras pop, su combinación de sonidos da como resultado un estilo característico que puede ser apreciado tanto por amantes del neofolk como por seguidores de la electrónica experimental.
