Having experienced many extreme highs and lows in my own personal life - mainly centering on the over use of highly addictive bad drugs - I took time out to peruse life from a different perspective. Sometimes life can be confusing, there is so much going on that it is hard to know who you are and where you are going. Sometimes, loosing someone close to us - for whatever reason can leave a feeling helplessness and despair. Facing our addictions can be a scary step.Talking can and does help - having an outlet for our deepest darkest fears can help to clear the mind and to see more clearly.
