Audio Justice is the musical output of multi-instrumentalist, singer and songwriter Dan Furr. The album Overdrawn At The Memory Bank was recorded over a six month period in 2007, and was written, recorded, produced and performed in its entirety by Dan. The album was mastered by Dave Wooster at Koolworld (The Killers / Get Cape Wear Cape Fly / Eric Clapton / Elvis Costello / 50 Cent etc) and showcases Dan's unique songwriting abilities, as well as his talent on a variety of instruments.

In a previous incarnation Dan achieved some level of success as chief guitarist in rock band Fog Donkey. Gigging as often as they could, it wasn't long until the band made their first record which scored airtime on XFM and drew an enthused Kerrang writer to their show ("a gift from the gods! Dan plays the kind of riffs unsigned bands just don't play! 5/5"). Despite earning major label interest, and being labelled the UK's best unsigned act by Virgin Megastores, singing songs about chickens, ice cream, pencil cases and the A-Team ran its course and soon Dan was pursuing further musical interests under the name Audio Justice.

Influenced by acts as diverse as Pink Floyd, Prince, Foo Fighters, Megadeth and The Cure, Audio Justice has been well received all over the UK. Audio Justice live shows have always been a great experience (performing alongside bands such as Enter Shikari, The Subways and Saxon) but it is in the studio where Dan really comes into his own. Overdrawn At The Memory Bank is testament to this and the positive response in the UK, as well as mainland Europe and the USA, has been a nod in the right direction for Dan's continued recorded output.
