Music:I collect children's LP vinyls. My favorite is a Mother Goose album with the nursery rhymes read by Boris Karloff and Celeste Holm. Until you have heard Karloff recite "There Was A Crooked Man", you do not know true childhood terror. I had this album when I was a child, of course it's long gone now, but I was able to recently pick it up on ebay for $3. Other albums include Sesame Street, The Care Bears, Strawberry Shortcake, Captain Kangaroo, Muppets, Muppet Babies, Peanuts, Just So Stories, and many, many Disneys. I also collect soundtracks of Broadway musicals, and anything Hawaiian. I like Bee Gees, Rhapsody, Blind Guardian, Alice Cooper, My Dying Bride, Marilyn Manson, Type O Negative, Green Jelly, old Misfits, and oldies. (What you call oldies, I danced to at my high school prom.) |
