Recognize!!! From the Streets of Corona & SouthSide Jamaica, Queens in New York City, TABOO is a veteran Hip Hop Movement. They stay on da’ grind, stay focused, and take this rap shit real serious. TABOO used to be part of a Hip-Hop group called Fifth Platoon, and recorded a single on SBK/EMI Records, the platinum Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II Soundtrack, as well as a song on Joe Ski Love’s album called Livin’ Large in The 90’s. That group seperated due to creative control differences with management and label. The members decided start a new movement, and called it TABOO. IF YOU ARE STARVING FOR REAL HIP-HOP, TABOO GOT YA’ FOOD! They have also been affiliated with Kwame, Hurby "Luv Bug" Azor, Salt N’ Pepa, and are from the hometown of the great Kool G. Rap. They have frequented the underground Hip Hop venue The Lyricist Lounge, as well as spit a verse on a song that featured the Cella Dwellas, Da’ Bush Babees, Kayzo, and Doug E. Fresh on the very first Lyricist Loung promo freestyle tape. Very disappointed in the b.s. music being put out in the game, TABOO is comin’ sideways atcha! We gotta keep control of this s**t!!!!!
