| I started singing at the ripe old age of 5yrs when I joined Spotlight Stage School.Once or twice a week for the next 12 years I attended classes in singing/drama and dance with the legendary spotlight ladies Margaret Hough and Judie O Connor!! They gave me skills and experience that I will forever be grateful for. When I finished school I knew I never wanted to see another exam paper for the rest of my days and went to Cork for a year to study dance in Collaiste Stafoin Naofa.
In 2004 I was offered a 6 month contract in the Canaries singing Cabaret and I couldn't refuse a stint in the sun.When I came back I started singing with a great band from Limerick called "The Funk Junkies" and started writing
House tracks with DJ Dan Sykes and Adrian De Cleir joined by Paul O Connor on guitar we formed "Duty Cycle".
In 2007 after some more travelling and general good times I decided to get my act together move to London.If I was gonna make a go of this singing lark Id have to get out of Limerick!
When I arrived I joined a great Funk Band called "The Bridge" started singing for an amazing writer/singer called Andy Fleet,started writing with the talented Nigel Glasgow of "BFlat Productions" and basically rolled up the sleeves and got stuck in!
I have always written my own material and now I am lucky enough to have be working with artist development team The PSA.
Two of the tracks you on here "Gentle Touch" and "It Don't Mean a Thing"-(rough version) have been done with them, much love to Hank,Jackie and Jimbo.
