| The journey of a man who, inadvertently awaken from the torpor which, until then, he shared with the others, goes from complice to antagonist of the established order – such is the narrative developed by the Brazilian metal act RISE. Thus, through critical analysis and experience of himself and the surrounding world, the protagonist evolves from one insight to the next as the truth about relations of power, which affect everything, unmask before his eyes only to reveal the blind march of the masses towards the technological singularity and the consequent devalidation of the very concept of human being which allowed for the enslavement of so many and the reaction of so few. | |
