Cantante, compositora y violinista que presenta una refrescante propuesta de música pop.Hablar de JOHA es recorrer una extensa historia musical, que comenzó a los 8 años de edad cuando empezó a estudiar violín y canto en el palacio de Bellas Artes de la ciudad Manizales, Colombia, de donde es oriunda. Sus padres, quienes veían a la pequeña JOHA utilizar el cepillo de dientes como micrófono y la sala de la casa como pista de baile, decidieron apoyarla incondicionalmente.Su amor por el violín, comenzó en el mismo instante en que escuchó su sonido y observó su esplendida ejecución en uno de los salones de aquella escuela de arte donde estaba estudiando. Ampliaría sus conocimientos entonces con el maestro Pompilio Barreto, y fue perfeccionandolo con la horientacion del maestro FABIO SANTANA y GERARDO AGUILLON en la ciudad de Miami.
JOHA comenzó a trabajar en su propio proyecto musical, radicándose en la ciudad de Bogotá y produciendo su primer trabajo discográfico titulado JOHA LLEGÓ.ULTIMAMENTE LA ARTISTA SE RADICO UN AÑO EN LA CIUDAD DE MIAMI (DURANTE EL 2008) DONDE TUVO LA OPORTUNIDAD DE ESTABLECER CONTACTOS:
CON PRODUCTORES COMO ESTEFANO, JUAN VICENTE ZAMBRANO, JIMMY REY, DONDE OBTUVO UN GRAN CRECIMIENTO COMO AUTORA AL ESTAR AL LADO DE GRANDES PRODUCTORES, COMPOSITORES COMO LOS NOMBRADOS.( PRODUCTORES DE THALIA, PAULINA RUBIO, RICKY MARTIN, MARC ANTHONY, J.LO, ENTRE OTROS)
