BrIeF bIo:The Crooks of a Feather brand was founded in 2005, by designer/stylist, Warnerblak and skater/designer, Milez both from Baltimore, Md.After many years of starting up new brands and creating new ways to replicate vintage jeans, it was time for Warnerblak to launch the definitive line that would truly represent his longtime vision. He found the ability to do this by partnering up with longtime friend and fellow designer Milezarelli.In the fall of 2005, Warnerblak and Milez decided to leave their full-time jobs behind and focus on developing their brand. Seeing the opportunity to expand upon the C.O.A.F brand, the two decided to build a team of innovative and young designers and merchandisers, who would work together in a think tank type of environment.The C.O.A.F team is dedicated to continued development of the brand with the utmost attention to detail and quality, as shown in all of our garments. Today, Crooks of a Feather continues to grow, as a brand as well as a lifestyle.C.O.A.F use premium American, Italian, and European ringspun denim, cotton knit, and twill fabrications exclusively in our garments. Aside from fit and finish, construction quality and attention to detail are the two most important factors in the production of our jeans, hoodies, t shirts and skirts. Unlike most brands, C.O.A.F production is limited to a small group of designers and tailors. The total amount of C.O.A.F garments is extremely limited, undoubtedly adding to the labels exclusivity and incomparable principles of quality.When crafting each garment, the focus remains on combining inimitable design elements, exceptional quality, and a denim aficionado’s appreciation for authenticity and detail.
