| it’s so hard to write about myself....let’s see...my life so far has been an amazing journey. i was born in pa, moved to ca, then ga, and now i’m in va. every state i’ve lived in has ended in ia. i started writing songs before i got serious about singing. i started singing professionally at 16. i spent some years in los angeles, where i worked the circuit and also worked alot in japan, doing everything from pop/jazz standards to top 40 covers. after that, the babies started coming and i did what i could when i could. i have three amazing kids and that’s a blessing in itself. other than that, i write songs and i sing. i love the musicians i am blessed to work with; they express themselves with such intensity. i am turned on by the whole creative process of bringing thoughts and sounds to life and having other musicians add their vibe to the mix. the music of the uni-verse (one song) flows through us all and it calls us to share. i love performing and i have no desire to do anything else in this life. i hope you like the music. |
