Born in Madagascar.I arrived on the French Riviera in 1985. I discovered the techno scene in 1991.My influences " Motorcity",then the free party of the south of France in 93 created a passion in me. After a one year exil in the Carribeans. I settled dowm in Paris to discover the scene there:techno,hardtek,jungle,breakbeat,drum'n'bass. In October 2006.I took the decision to organise my own events,they would become the " ONE LAST CIGARETTE ". The first party happened one month after and since then. Books:AUBERGINE AND COURGETTE SAUTE&SALAD& INGREDIENTS [..]2 small Dutch aubergines,cubed smalled[.. ]50 ml/2 fl oz olive oil[.. ]2 red dried chillies,broken[.. ]1 large courgette,cubed[.. ]3 medium-sized tomatoes,skinned cubed[.. ]3 cloves of garlic[.. ]100 ml/4 fl oz red wine[.. ]40g/11/2oz fresh,flat leaf parsley[..] PREPARATION STEP 1:Wash well steam the aubergines cubes 4 1 minute STEP 2:Heat the oil in a large pan. STEP 3:Add the chilli,aubergine courgettes sauté at a veryhigh temperature for three to four minutes.Add the tomatoes & garlic & simmer 4 30 seconds followed by the wine & mix together well. Remove from the heat. STEP 4:Add the fresh parsley before serving. STEP 5:Serve with black olives & mix green salad. |
