| SkS (Sharon K. Sung) came to love music at the age of 6 when she received her first piano lesson. She has placed in various piano competitions such as the Viola Hartman Competition, Northern VA Concerto Competition, Bach Competition for Pianists, and the MTNA Junior, Senior, Young Artists Competitions. While studying piano in her early childhood, she stumbled on a genre of music called Hip Hop. "Push It" by Salt-N-Pepa struck a chord with her and thus ventured into the Hip Hop culture. Being trained in classical music and her love of hip hop has moved her musical abilities to another level.She has earned her Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from George Mason University.
