La diosa de la Tierra, la abundancia, la sabiduría, el pensamiento, el conocimiento consciente y la mente.El logo que representa a Álaghom incluye el calendario Maya "Tzolkin" de 260 días, este calendario describe según el día de nacimiento, el carácter de las personas, su oficio y destino, así como las plantas, animales y elementos con los que se comunica y armoniza.La propuesta de Álaghom es mantener una trayectoria creativa con identidad propia para crear un estilo definido que refleje la riqueza cultural de México y que evoque en el público imágenes sonoras de nuestro contexto histórico multiétnico. Álaghom se propone demostrar que se puede incursionar en el metal progresivo sin necesidad de renunciar a nuestra lengua, resignificando nuestra herencia cultural y mítica de nuestros pueblos con una propuesta original. La mejor muestra de respeto a nuestro legado es obtener un sello distintivo que pueda ser reconocido en todo el mundo y evaluado por su calidad y estética.Recientemente Álaghom ganó una beca por parte del FONCA para realizar parte de la gira promocional de su primer disco "Evolución Mental".

Álaghom From Mayan word, Alaghom-Naom. Godess of Earth, abundance, wisdom, thougth, conscious knowledge and mind.The logo that represents Álaghom includes the "Tzolkin" Mayan calendar of 260 days. This calendar describes the character, job and destiny of each person according to their day of birth, as well as the plants, animals and elements with whom harmonizes and communicates.The proposal of Álaghom is to keep a creative pathway with self identity and a define style that reflects the cultural wealth of Mexico and recall sound images of our actual and historical multiethnic context in the audience. Álaghom intends to demonstrate that it is posible to transcend in the progressive metal without the need to give up our lenguage, rebuilding the meaning of our mithical and cultural heritage of our people with an original proposal. The best example of respect to our legacy is to obtain a dsitinctive sound in order to be recognized all over the world and be evaluated esthetically for its quality.
