| My life has been a rollercoaster of events, which leaves me with many stories in which I could start with, so let's start right from the beginning. I was born and raised in London by my Thai mother and Italian father. Ever since I was very young I had been bought up in the entertainment industry as both my parents sang regularly also. From the ages of 7 to 17 I was a part of the Thai Dance Academy, except back then we didn't have a name. I performed at many glamorous venues such as the Commonwealth Institute and the Queen Elizabeth Hall, both in London. I entered beauty pageants and sang regularly at shows and festivals, and had high ambitions from a very young age.At the tender age of six I began writing poems, which later progressed to song lyrics and molodies. My parents tried to help me out as much as they could, but their efforts were only able to give me determination and dedication. I do not come from a family that has alot of money, on the contrary my family have pretty much nothing, so persuing this type of career was extremely hard for me as a child and has been proving increasingly difficult.In 2000, at the age of 16, I began to take my singing more seriously. My father had passed away, and as he had tried to help me so much, I was determined to prove that it was not all in vein. I developed my web design skills until I was satisfied with my "Official Website", and from this I gained many fans from all over the world. In 2001 I bought my first domain, itsANGEL.com. The was the beginning of something new and I had achieved more than I thought I would with this site. Fans of my music and singing wrote to me on a daily basis and their heart felt letters and emails were what kept me going.I took a break from singing and pretty much lost my vocal ability in 2003. I had lost my 4 octave vocal range and my tone was not what it should have been for someone who had been singing for most of her life. Right now I am putting myself through an intense vocal training routine which should prepare my voice for next summer. Whilst my singing is on hold, I am still writing songs, some of which are for sale, and I am also persuing a modelling career.During this time I am working on building up an outstanding portfolio with various photographers which should hopefully show versatility and bring in some work. Although I have just started taking modelling seriously, I believe this could be the right path for me as I have had countless offers from photographers wanting to work with me, and feedback is always very good. I have already learnt alot about the modelling industry, but I know there is still so much more to learn and I am determined to make it work. Singing will always be my first passion, but I have the sheer guts to admit that I am not among the very best. Modelling, however, is something that only has one factor against me - my height - which nowadays is not a problem at all. | |
