Atomic Tabasco plunge you into a chaotic universe, a cathode ray-ality, sprinkled with B-Movies, where 50ft women choke on killer tomatoes while zombies and space aliens experiment with dangerous sonic weaponry... This anglo-french formation has evolved, under the many influences of its members, into a very colourful and somewhat unbalanced cosmos. Within the disorder we can see traces of Killing Joke, Filter, Ministry, Queenadreena and The Kills, as well as Henry Rollins, Miles Davis, Stray Cats, Frank Sinatra and many others... The members of the group, who have very diverse musical origins, have found the right chemistry to let rip a huge, spicy energy. Led by a blistering bass, the musical ambience is moulded between violence and sweetness with an electro-pop-punk energy that is counterbalanced, in a subtle and original way, by Dee's voice, which is at the same time sugary sweet yet sulfurous... In conclusion Atomic Tabasco have a unique style, a blend of paradoxical emotions, where the characters of Watership Down meet Bambi on a chainsawing holiday in Jeffrey Darma's back yard... |
