THE SSR STUDIO - engl. ver. First of all SoundSpur studio offers a tremendous working environment for all musicians and music creators. Due to the studio's upraised location on the outskirts of Garsten - surrounded by forest - the entire project crew's creativity is significantly augmented. More than 100 square meters studio area including a generous regieroom and two recording rooms is offered. This is what we call totally relaxing working conditions. Our particular preproductions (means studio preparation) mixed with unique projekt treatment ensure the very best performace of all parties concerned. SoundSpur Records team accompanies bands and producers from the very first meeting to the deadlines of instructed mastering studios. Regie A (45m²) The studio's regie room includes a unique mixture of high end optimized room acoustics that you may find in famous studios and an ordinary cozy "settle back" living room (where the audience mostly is used to listen to music, ya know...). The high sound quality results from the self built, frequency-linear studio speakers called "Vocal Phönix" designed by master of acoustics Bernd Timmermanns. The speakers paired with precise room acoustics force a realistic, exact, deep and open ended sound. Alongside our team works with high end analog valve equipment (avalon, spl, focusrite, dbx, tla, etc...), harddisc recording (P4, Raid), two DAWs (Yamaha, Tascam) and digital mixing with analog remixing in realtime... THE SSR STUDIO - germ. ver. Das SoundSpur Studio bietet allem voran eine wunderbare Arbeitsumgebung für alle Musikschaffenden. Durch seine „erhobene“ Lage am Rande der idyllischen Marktgemeinde Garsten - umgeben von Wäldern - wird das Kreativitätspotenzial des gesamten Arbeitsteams erheblich gesteigert. Geboten wird auf über 100m² Studiofläche eine großzügig gestaltete Regie mit zwei Aufnahmeräumen, in denen ein absolut entspanntes Arbeiten möglich ist. Durch optimierte Vorbereitung und unikater Projektbehandlung, die das SSR Team vom ersten Meeting bis zur Abgabe des Produktes ins Mastering Studio permanent verfolgt, wird eine bestmögliche Performance aller Beteiligten garantiert. Regie A (45m²) Die großzügig angelegte Regie bietet eine einmalige Mischform aus einer qualitativ erstklassig angepassten Akustik eines Tonstudios und einer gewohnten Abhörsituation eines gemütlichen Wohnzimmers. SoundSpur bezeichnet gemeinhin diese Form der Regie als „Wohnregie“. Die Linearität der Abhörmonitore und der Raumakustik führt zu einem extrem exakten Abbild der zu bearbeitenden Signale und somit auch zu einem hörbar besseren Ergebnis. Viele Abhörmöglichkeiten in Tonstudios erreichen die hohe Qualität der SSR Studios leider nicht (diese Aussage gilt als empirisch bewiesen ;) ). Es lohnt sich eine Hörprobe vor Ort mit den eigenen Lieblingssongs, die man sehr gut kennt! Gearbeitet wird mittels einer Mischform aus High End analogen Röhrenequipment, Harddiskrecording (P4, Raid) und einer DAW (Tascam US2400) gestützten Editierung und Mischung auf digitaler Ebene. Recordingroom A Dieser Raum stellt den größeren der beiden Aufnahmeräume dar. Gebaut als sehr ausgewogen klingender Raum wirkt er warm, lebendig und modern. Er eignet sich sowohl als Drumchamber für große direkte Sounds als auch als Solistenraum von Geige bis zur Harfe. Ein großes Fenster sorgt zusätzlich für Tageslicht und angenehme Atmosphäre. Recordingroom B Der Aufnahmeraum ist sehr trocken und direkt im Ausklangverhalten gestaltet. Unabhängig des Musikstils gelingen hier sehr saubere und trockene Aufnahmen, um später während der Produktion völlig frei in der Gestaltung der Stimmung der Produktion zu sein. Sehr geeignet für Vokalparts und Soloinstrumente. Auch dieser Raum besitzt ein großes Fenster. |
