| Time Capsule was founded that fateful night in the lab where an emcee met a dj who could kick rhymes better than him. In a jealous fit of rage, the emcee retaliated with his Eagle Claw style of kung-fu.... What the emcee didn't know was that the DJ had mastered the art of Drunken Boxing... Actually, there's no real profound story here. We're friends. We both rap. Bless DJs... and he's nasty with it. And so we make music together. Good music might I add. | |

We also dig your usual De La Soul, ATCQ, KRS-One, Digible Planets, Eric B. & Rakim, and Wu Tang fare. Plus Bless is always checking out DJ Rhettmattic, DJ Jazzy Jeff, DJ Roc Raida, DJ Qbert, and DJ Rob Swift among others. Then there's all the new music that's out there: Lifesavas, Brother Ali, Atmosphere, Murs, Blackalicious, Visionaries, LA Symphony, Living Legends, Mars Ill, Deepspace 5, Aceyalone, Abstract Rude, Medusa, Busdriver, C Rayz Walz, Vast Aire and Cannibal Ox... Sounds Like: Classic hip-hop... you know, the stuff that you thought they stopped making... We're a MC/DJ duo, but we don't really sound like Eyedea & Abilities, Atmosphere, Gangstarr, Blackalicious or Hi-Tek & Kweli...
