Tudo começou no sotão do Patife... Passagem de ano 2003/2004 - primeiro ensaio! O Kaos instalou-se fazendo parte da formação inicial três personagens do UnderGrind: Inicialmente DON TINA no baixo e mais tarde BANJO (Decrepidemic). Junta-se ao degredo GenitalGrinder e Ivan (Distrofia/Sorridentes/Patriaqueospariu) nas voz... Mantém-se inalterado o núcleo do podredo: Morcego, Cirro and Patife.
